2014 P Roosevelt Dime - New Member From Portland Oregon Needing Help

Mvraspir New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 03/17/2023 12:07 am Like the title says I am new and I need help valuing a 2014 P Roosevelt dime that appears to have multiple errors the biggest being that his face appears to be somehow melted or smeared. I cannot find any others online or even any mention of it and I am needing help with a value and if it's of value how or where to sell it.
