AU-50 but the dark tone is not very eye appealing.

The dark but inconsistent toning makes it hard to grade, using these pics.
Would have preferred blast white, but that is asking way too much for a silver coin that is 146 yrs old.

ANACS had the advantages of examining this coin raw, hand held, under ideal lighting conditions with a 10x loupe.

We don't.

I would just accept their grading, whatever that may be., but my guess is
AU-50.

I can't see much with those photos and dark toning.

left arm and hand, breast and lentire left thigh/ leg look pretty strong with minimal wear for any XF grade. The reverse looks AU-50 obverse AU-55 so I'm at AU-53 original straight grade.
Photos of reverse not so great but coin may have been given AU-55.
Looked at that reverse again and am at solid AU-55 choice.

Very strong definition with very little rubbing. Rims are clean, no dings. I'm also in the range of a mid AU grade. I also like the darkness of the coin. It indicates age and history. I really like her!

As usual, you guys are good. A couple a little high, couple a little low, but most of you right on the money.

I'm betting PCGS would have put it at XF45.
