RockinRohin New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 03/21/2023 12:17 am I came across this in my change, it really shines in the fields when you have it in the right angle, but it looks very Matte otherwise. And the details are almost perfect besides the slight off center. I'm new at this so I have no idea what I'm looking at... Just a beautiful ordinary 1999 penny? Report this Post to the Staff

Except this, I do not see variety or mint error. Very soon the showing zinc will oxide and the coin will be lost. Sorry nothing could stop this natural development.
