I came across this in my change, it really shines in the fields when you have it in the right angle, but it looks very Matte otherwise. And the details are almost perfect besides the slight off center. I'm new at this so I have no idea what I'm looking at... Just a beautiful ordinary 1999 penny?

I see a decent cent, who start to show the zinc and also lines of expansion of the zinc oxide. Except this, I do not see variety or mint error. Very soon the showing zinc will oxide and the coin will be lost. Sorry nothing could stop this natural development.

The obverse has a slight mis-aligned die (MAD). Other than that I see a normal circulated cent.
