There doesn't appear to be any damage to the obverse, it's just barely there.

This one is definitely damaged, as opposed to be lightly struck, e.g. due to grease in the dies. As @jimmy pointed out, it is missing rims.

yep, just damage here. sanded or ground down.
(the center of the reverse is not 'raised' but rather the surrounding area has been reduced.)

just damage. Looks like the rev was on top of a washer and the obv was smacked with a hammer.

If altered, then the weight will be reduced. But note the rims are missing.
