I was checking the Unanswered post and found your question. I'm not sure this coin makes the 'Retained' or 'Pre-Cud' qualification. The Cuds-On-Coins web page has the following.

It may have progressed to meet the 'Lateral Shift' requirement soon after this strike or even became one of the No Date
.
I just don't think it was quite there at the time of this strike.
