1943 Lincoln Steelie- DDO-021? (Cent)

OK, this steel cent has seen a lot of circulation. But there is a noticeable extra eyelid north of the lid. And there are die markers which match the DDO-021 listing on Variety Vista. My apologies for the glare on some of the photos.

The description in the Variety Vista listing for DDO-021 on the 1943 Cent is as follows:
"Medium spread North as an extra eyelid."
So, the only doubling that will be significant is the extra eyelid.
Here is another photo of the doubled area in question (sorry about the glare, but I cannot get a decent photo of the area without a lot of light).

There is obviously something above the eyelid that may be doubling in the same area as the DDO-021 listing. The die markers on Variety Vista--including some significant die cracks on Lincoln's shoulder and lapel area-- are evident on this coin.

I added another photograph on 4/2 of an extra eyelid. I would appreciate any help, up or down, whether this is DDO-021.
