Hard to tell from the pictures, but probably the blisters are just damage from circulation or from contact with other coins.

You talk about your two points? and you consider Mint Error? Revise your Mint Error standards.
I do not see any error. The pattern of the plating is from environment.

The spots in front of his mouth look like plating blisters. No premium, sorry.

I personally like your penny. I think it's plating errors. They are common for that year. Unfortunately this site only lets you post pictures under 300kb which is awful low. It's hard to make out details with super low quality resolution. Maybe someday this site will modernize and allow higher resolution pictures that we are now capable of.

@ Gregsn58: to CCF. However 300K is more than adequate to post up quality images I have no issues at all and I'm posting that at about 150K.

This image file is 245KB and 1,336px × 1,342px... It seems to be just fine for 99.9% of us.

Agree with above regarding image quality. You will just need to experiment with different settings to save your pictures. It is not always easy because we all have different equipment/programs but it is doable! Good Luck!

to the CCF, Gregsn58! Quote: Maybe someday this site will modernize and allow higher resolution pictures that we are now capable of. All images posted here are permanent and take up server space. There are times when newcomers will post 20 images of a coin from their pocket change. Larger image size would eat up quite a bit of memory. Also, limiting file size requires posters to spend time editing their image to remove wasted background space. As others have stated, it's not a problem once you're familiar with the process.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
