Yes, the photos are a bit challenging to grade from. With that, I'd say the coin falls somewhere in the MS62-64 range. Maybe.

Reverse pic is soft, and both pics have dark areas where surface details cannot be seen.

photos are of good size just too much glare from lighting. when using these photos it makes the coin appear that it has been circulated. the lapel and bottom of the coat are not reflecting light like the other areas this leads me to believe its wear. so AU something unless you can provide better photos

The obverse high points, bust/shoulder/lapel, are worn. Fields interrupted by dull patches.

AU-55/58 at best

Yeah .... I say AU to maybe a 61 depending on surface luster and grading subjectivity ? Surface marks will also determine the overall grade
