Mule would be a different denomination device on coin: These are referred to as a Wild clash. But to me they are just a dropped die issue that altered this die. (the Victim die of a dropped die onto the surface of this die) I would call these a die dent. If it were a clash issue, then all of the die would show an alteration. This just show an affected area where another die damaged this die. (that is what I see on these)
