I'm no expert but to me it looks like wording on that indention on reverse. Almost like Obverse wording. ?

it looks like a vise job with another coin, notice how the rim is bulging outwards from the squeesing

Or a hammered coin between two pieces of 2X4's and hit with two coins and a large hammer. The devices are not transferred enough to be a vise coin.
