i'll net it at VG details

edited: I'm not sure the coin was cleaned, however, the coin appears to have what I call road rash where the coin may have been dropped on the street or a sidewalk and scrapped against the surface by being tramped on. the diagonal scratches on the reverse as well as the difference in wear on the reverse vs obv lead me to that conclusion. it may have happened another way but thats irrelevant.

VG-8 details for the scratch. I doubt this one was cleaned.
