Where exactly are you seeing doubling? Please tell us as we are bad guessers. Also, always show us both sides of your coin, oriented correctly. Thanks.

Can't tell for sure, because of the clarity of the pic, but looks like damage and deterioration. No known listings for this year/mm.

Several circulation dings and scratches coupled with heavy lighting glares,as mentioned above no doubling evident. Unless you'd like to specifically point them out.
