Incuse marks into the fields and devices are just damage to the coin. You might check the overall size of this coin with another cent from the same year to see if this coin is slightly larger. If so it is just damage to the coin. When they are squeezed in vise, they can stretch so much that the plating falls off of the coin:

They are just damaged coins if that is the case. But the only way the fields and the design will show the same lines, is that the coin was altered. Sometimes we see rolling lines on coin. (Which is also not a premium for the coin) These are spotted on a coin when the original surface of the coin is disappearing.
