Hello,

I recently came across a 1944 penny. It's not magnetic, and does not have a letter beneath the date, which I think means it's from Philadelphia? Should I give up on this? Or continue pursuing? Thank you all.

@aud, first welcome to CCF. Second, the cents minted in 1944 were copper (as is yours). Cents minted the year prior were made from zinc-coated steel.
