I decided to fool around with some silver.
I know the pictures are pretty bad. I tried to knock down the glare
So far I have six 64D with what looks like RPMs. There's not to many 64D's to compare with on VarietyVista and Wexler.

Hopefully you can make out what looks like RPMs.
Thank you for your opinions.

I think I see notching on the lower serif, but hard to be 100% certain because of the lighting. Either way, I would say probably minor enough that I'd either just save them with my ordinary silver or else put them in a tube of various minor unattributed RPMs.

Make images showing the devices below the Mintmark area of a normal Mintmark coin and this coin. It appears to have some Machine Doubling, but the real question is is the mintmark actually larger in size or normal in size. The top of the mintmark looks like very slight Machine Doubling. The mark on the lower serif could be a contact mark. So seeing the two images side by side will show us if they mintmark is normal sized, then it is not a RPM. If it is enlarged, then it could be a RPM. Just seeing the mintmark by itself removes the ability to see the sizes of the mintmark areas. I see no listing on V.V for this. So I would try to make a side by side to see for sure what the differences are in size, of if it is the same a normal sized mintmark? If it is just damage post strike, then it would not be a RPM. A RPM would show two punches of the mintmark punch. (Even some split lower serifs will not get listed because they are too minor.

@SamCoin. Yes I'm having trouble getting the right lighting either too much or not enough. I'm like you I have a lot of tubes with all kinds of various minor stuff.

@coop. I'm trying to figure out how to get shots of other 64Ds for a side by side comparison. I'm going through 78 of those 64D that I haven't checked yet. I pulled out 10 random coins and they're all different looking. Can you give me an idea on how to get the right shot?
Here's a couple to show you what I mean.

John @Dearborn.
Nothing on VarietyVista or Wexler that matches. There's not too many so maybe they just don't list the (minor?) ones. I'm trying to figure out how to get side by side like what coop mentioned.
