@1944 where are you seeing the lamination? When photo blown up it appears to be damage and bottom it is a deep scratch we'll call it. Also they both appear to have been cleaned.

I'm not so sure about that. It looks to me like the lighting is a little "off" in these photos. The left one *may* have some reverse cleaning, but the right one looks like a normal coin to me.

Thanks jbuck. @reno911 not cleaned and not scratched as you say. Photos are the best I could do. If it was truly scratched on the bottom, the wheat stalk would be obliterated.
