Frederick is very "nosey". Something going on with his "tie" or whatever he has under his chin?

Could you show full pic of both sides of coin for the good experts on here.

May be a Pareidolia.

You ask about the tie, but place circles on the face a geography lesson?
the image you are comparing against is a 'perfect world' example or 'artists rendition' of what the coin is 'supposed' to look like from a perfect mint, perfect die, and perfect planchet. Things don't always turn out to be as perfect as we would like them to be or turn out.
I see a quarter that was struck from a worn die here.

@Dearborn... Now I'm bad lol. I didn't read what the poster wrote. I went by what you said, the circling.

"You ask about the tie, but place circles on the face a geography lesson?"
-one visual/written, that is in the subject "nosey"
-the second was an add-on written only
Sorry to throw you for a loop.

-I understand but I read over "coop's" guidance and doing what he said. There are multiple errors on the coin: weak clad on the reverse, strike-through on the obverse, probably a clash, which could explain the apparent doubling. Way too much to show the "experts" who are certainly already cringing reading what I'm writing now.
I did put an image next to mine to show the differences....and I'm getting " Pareidolia"? I don't know if actual differences can be imagined? LOL

-This is my BIGGEST issue with online forums like this. People only go from the prior person's post and will NOT READ the OP. Then, it gets all convoluted with FALSE information that was never stated and the argument over people stating things that arent true, were never stated, and/or misinformation that is then ridiculed.
What then happens, these people cry that the OP is being defensive; when in fact its the people commenting that are creating the issues that are tangential to the original information. The narrative changes to defending what was said "clearly" in the original post to defending misinformation.
I know this will offend ALL but geeze. I shouldn't post on these boards. I am far more knowledgeable than the groupies who like looking at pictures and can't read.
Sorry, I know this offends you, and that you have "strength in numbers" but I also know you won't even read ONE SENTENCE to completion, let alone a paragraph. You see I'm off topic and discussing the misinformation.

"the image you are comparing against is a 'perfect world' example"
I looked through MANY pics and found zero that looked anything like mine. What do you want me to do? ...post 10 images to compare to. LOL
Comparing the ideal to the variety/error is the ONLY way to find an error. WHAT are you on? Seriously, how many meds do you take?
WOW!!! Just when I thought you groupies couldnt get any worse. TOOOOOO FUNNY!!
(ps...not arguing the actual topic, just a pathetically horrible statement regarding finding error coins. It won't matter though. You people are on autopilot and have found a great place to make yourselves believe that you are in a position of authority).

CrackDie, Maybe some here just read the last reply. I've seen it myself. I try to read all of them, unless I jump into a post too late and it's too long. Looks to me like everything on your coin is on the original design. The forehead on yours looks like a double nose, but if you look at the original it looks like it is there also. I think yours just has some circulation dirt and staining that brings out the lines on the forehead, and makes it look more like his nose.

Looking closely at both coins they're both the same, on your coin the extra nose may be enhaced by a worn die or circulation wear.

HEY! I wasn't off subject, I addressed the nose issue (without mentioning the Nose.

You mentioned he was 'nosey' - a statement, not a question. then you immediately move on to the tie business - which looks normal to me anyway.

But then what do I know? I'm "just a groupie that likes to just look at pictures and can't read"

To me it looks like there may be a small die chip on the tie, but there is no premium for it.
