No you can't. For one thing a Canadian quarter would be too
large to fit in a US cent collar. It just couldn't happen.

As noted, it's not possible for a coin the size of a quarter to fit in the collar for a cent. The areas in question may be environmental staining or circulation damage.

to the CCF and Not posable. Pareidolia is when you see things that aren't there. If you look at a coin long enough, you can see anything you want to. We see a lot of these posts here. Once I seen Jimmy Hendricks playing his guitar right handed on a coin.

Even if it could fit, which it can't, it would be the size of a quarter and the color of a quarter. Just a completely normal cent.
