I believe they're from the mid-2000s timeframe around 2003-2007. There are hundreds of them listed on ebay right now. Sorry except 2 slabs I have all slabs for PCGS, NCG and ANACS all and miss one of ICG. Show me a slab and I will tell you when was use by month and years.
