2023 D Edith Kanaka'ole Quarter DDR Or Die Damage?

Hey Everyone!
I recently picked up some rolls from the bank of the new Edith Kanaka'ole Quarters. I was taking a look through them and ran into an interesting anomaly. The final "E" in Kanaka'ole either appears to have some die damage or some doubling. It isn't Machine Doubling since it increases the size of the E rather than reducing it.

Any thoughts?

I'm fairly certain those letters are incuse from looking at the Mint's photos, so this is likely Machine Doubling.

Wow...lack of sleep from having a newborn is really getting to me. You are 100% that it is incuse which means Machine Doubling would widen the letters.
