CAM is normal for a 2000D cent.
Don't see any errors, just some Die Deterioration.

Yes, good evidence of die deterioration--including emergent ridge rings.

the 'pealing' you see looks like split plating.
I see a Ridge Ring on the coin on both sides. (I rarely see the Ridge Ring on the reverse) which can be attributed to DDD.

Maybe this will help and ease you; click on JimmyD word CAM you see info the and scroll down a little where it'll give you dates. Hope this helps aids you.
