I must have missed this topic when it was posted. I do believe this is RPM-001, the MM location looks right and the secondary MM looks to be in the right place. I posted my find in January here http://goccf.com/t/438928. These are somewhat rare RPM's so I hope the OP didn't let it go.

If it is,I think it is too damaged to have a premium. Might be a place holder till you find a better condition one if it is indeed 001.
