I just received my subscription to Errorscope magazine (by snail mail) which is published by CONECA.
There was an insightful interview with Mike Diamond. It was very interesting and he even mentioned CCF.
Anyone else seen it yet? Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

It is available online for members of CONECA. It's a great organization to be a member of. (There was also an article on the 1910 Wheat cent with the transitional 1909 reverse including images of the two.) No one seems to want to spend money when it could go into more coins but this is one we can all benefit from. Even Groucho Marx who is known for his quip about not wanting to belong to any organization that would have him as a member, would probably join. lol We already use the VV website for attributions. The magazine is very informative with articles & photos of varieties and errors so people should seriously consider joining.

Maybe mike can post it here to entice others to join. You get a subscription to the club's journal Errorscope, published six times a year by us mail and online access of all issues from 2004-present with the coneca membership it should be mentioned. You also get a free U.S. variety coin (a re-punched mintmark or a doubled die) when you join. https://conecaonline.org/join-or-renew/ Definately seems like the place for those who are into errors and varieties. Fred Weinberg posted this on another forum: I was a member who joined the original club, NECA, in 1965. It became CONECA after it merged with CONE. CONE was: Collectors of Numismatic Errors. NECA was: Numismatic Error Collectors of America So, the two clubs merged into CONECA.

@ petespickets55, which issue was this in? Didn't see it, but the last issue I received was March-April volume 32, number 2.

Quote: ... which issue was this in?... Volume 32, number 2, May-June 2023 Seems like I'm a lucky one this month receiving it fairly early. Other times online threads will mention articles and then Errorscope will show up the next week.

I guess May/June 1970 is the wrong one then Its good they have digitized since 2004 but just like netflix getting rid of DVDs that had 100k and leaving just 7k streaming, some will be missing....

YW Ty. It is packed full of interesting info and finds. (I look forward to Jason Cuvelier's "Roundup" there each month of errors and varieties.) @Datadragon. Not without getting a Delorean and going "Back to the Future". Looks like you have a few old issues, of the magazine I mean.
