It looks like a modern token.

Maybe commemorating an event in the reign of Bretislaus of Bohemia, who was ruling in 1051, and used an image like the one on the token on some of his coins: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces77801.html

Yes modern, but maybe from the Czech Republic or similar? "PRO KAZDEHO" is "for each" in Czech I think.
