Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6384 Posts	Posted 05/01/2023 12:20 am Would likely make F-12 since a full LIBERTY doesn't seem to be a requirement for Fine anymore. There may be some minor rim damage on the lower left obverse but it shouldn't hurt the grade much. I think that PCGS survival number is wrong. If this coin were really that scarce it would have much higher values in the PCGS price guide. Report this Post to the Staff
