It is zinc rot. Looks like you need to work on taking better photos of your coins. The better the photos you post the better we can help you. What is your photo set up?

Yes, split plating with the mint mark which is leading to zinc rit.

I have notice that you draw white around your coin right up to the rim. This is not true cropping, We prefer if the use the Crop function in an image editing program and crop down to the edge of a coin. This will allow for your images to present a larger picture of your coin AND reduce the file size too.
