Hi guys

I'm very new to this but do I have what is called a 1976 Denver double die obverse quarter? If you need more pics let me know , possible grading as well? Thank you for your help!

your coin is not the DDO variety. the doubling would show on the left side of B, E & R

I agree with @pan. There are two known DDOs for this year/mint combination and you can compare your coin against them here:

Looks like dried crud on the reverse, begging for a long soak in 100% acetone.

If I clean it with acetone it won't devalue ? What's the best way to do it? Thank you

Acetone is one of the few things that you can do with coins. It will not hurt a thing. Just soak it for a while, then let it dry.
