Hello,
At first I chalked this dime up to PMD. Then I noticed there seems to be a "nubbin" for lack of a better term in back of his hair above the nape of his neck. Also, the "W" in In God We Trust seems to be askew.
Can you please help me with this?

@1co, my impression is the same as your first impression —this is damage (rim bruises and nubbin) plus perhaps a bit of having been struck with a tired die (IGWT)
