well I wouldnt spend it in answer to your question

if you have an album and it fills a hole I would call it a filler until a better one can be had

looks G (details) but glare from light the surfaces cannot be accurately assessed. looks cleaned

G-6 but I'm not seeing the damage everyone mentioned. Looks like a strike issue on the reverse.
