Grades on this?

Posting two Flying Eagles for grades today. Trying to pick one for my new 7070 type set.

Large Letters type.
Agree with VG8. Photos are a bit washed out.

There's something going on above N in ONE on the reverse?

Reverse looks like a F-15, Obverse looks like a VG-08.
I'm stuck between VG-Details and F-Details.

Appreciate all the input on this and my other coins I posted for grades. I keep a coffee can of low-grade stuff like this and was dipping into last week looking for fillers. I think these will all go in a Whitman folder and I'll wait till my next show to buy better examples for my 7070. Thanks everybody.

PS: I never met a Flying Eagle or Indian Head cent that I didnt like. Same with Buffalos and Shield nickels. I keep them all. The only exception is V nickels. I have a roll of low-graders that I keep out of habit but cant say I like them. I suppose I should start a Whitman folder for all these but I really like dumping that coffee can once in awhile and sorting through them like the old days.
