Do not seem to be full steps by the photos provided. I do not see DDR. You talk about the O in Monticello?

maybe 5 FS, but by 1987 lots of nickels had them

Not seeing a DDR. Full steps become more 'valuable' the older the nickel.

Very nice looking coin, full steps, has some MD but over all the condition is great.
