Don't think it is a DDR, but it IS odd that the same thing shows up on all the left-top of columns 1 through 7

I don't have enough experience to know if this is MD or PMD. It is quite pronounced and did look interesting enough to post.

To me, it looks like split plating that was followed by what you said, zinc rot.
