Hey all. Apologies in advance if this is not the appropriate forum! I did some internet sleuthing without much luck to find an appropriate price to sell this set for. Checked databases with little luck. Talked to 2 different coin people with wildly different responses. Looking for any guidance here or resources best to use. Thanks!

Well, on ebay, there is one up for sale for $750.00 US dollars. (for the 1983 set, But the sets of other years are going for much lower. see it here: ebay item number:204269201387
But I see one that sold for less than $70.00 see here:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/314194226923

Such as:
1974 $70.00
1975 $90.00 and
1976 $50.00

Keep in mind silver is higher than it was last year but that there is not a lot of premium over the bullion value many times on these sets.

So using ebay is a legitimate tactic? It's a bit confusing, because there seems to be two sets (as shown earlier), 1983 set that is not all sterling silver, and then the one I have that is 1983 all sterling silver. I'm just having difficulty determining if there is a limited cache to the all sterling silver set. I suppose I can watch the current ebay list one and see if it sells? I have yet to find my full sterling set that has sold anywhere as a reference.

According to Krause, and as you said, there were two 8-piece proof sets issued in 1983 for Trinidad & Tobago, one clad, one sterling.
They list a mintage of 461 for the clad and 753 for the sterling, pretty small either way you look at it.
But small mintages only increase value if the item is in demand. As already suggested, watching ebay sales gives you an idea of what people are paying and how often these come up for sale.

I would advise you to put this set up for auction ( ebay will do), but the auction is completely unpredictable, especially for not very popular coins.

Not keen on modern NCLT silver proof coins.
My experience:
If you try to sell them back to a dealer, you won't get much above ASW bullion value.
