I was wondering if this note is worth holding on to
don't know if it is a prominent enough insufficient inking error to hold on to

I'm not seeing whatever you're seeing. The only thing catching my eye is the black, ATM stain on the upper right.

The shadowing for the letters TW for 20 on the back is missing and the letters t un for the United States is not fully shaded in

There needs to be demand for something to have added value, and there is not yet any demand for such a find. However you have great eyes, sure to catch something good eventually The ited states of in the united states of america seems darker than the rest. There are insufficient ink errors and with those the larger the insufficiently inked area is the larger the added value, but those tend to be a bit more missing generally so at least when someone looks at a note they can immediately identify it, otherwise probably too minor to be of interest.

Okay thanks for the info,
One more question would the condition of the bill itself have any value other than the what somebody called ATM stain there is only two very light corner folds. And it's crisp along with I believe bookends serial number

No, it's spending money. Save a few more of these $20s and getcha an insufficient inked note from a dealer.
