Found this pretty nice looking series 1999 $1 note.

I noticed that part of the green seal in the word ONE is very light. Is this a thing or just common? Thanks all!

Hi Vince. I have seen some 1999 fort worth notes such as this one that had insufficient ink, so perhaps if you find one light enough its worth keeping or as a potential insufficent ink error to grade when its really light or can sell as is. However its not likely when its just slightly off unless its something like the entire color is different like the ink fountain discoloration error or is very light like this example as we discussed before.

I too, agree with Frog up above
and the example Data posted is a great example of insufficient ink - notice how the serial numbers are also affected. (almost gone in this case)
