1953 Double Die Wheat Penny Need Help With Grading?

Can anyone help confirm this is a double die? This is uncirculated, and wanted to know if it would be graded in mint state and what the value of my Wheat penny would be? On a doubled die the spread will seen on the inner parts on the devices: The the bottom image it is showing flat field doubling. ( Machine Doubling on the first strike, that got flattened on second strike of this proof coin. So that FFD is also not a doubled die, but Machine Doubling. Why is this not a doubled die? Because only a doubled die, die, can strike a doubled die coin. Spread is seen on the centers of devices, enlarging them wider/taller than a normal die example.
