Looks like the date, guessing 2021,may have taken a circulation hit on the date and now zinc was exposed and starting to rot/blister.

Given the other, circular damage, it appears to be PMD of some type.

Thank you for your answer, it seems strange to me that number 1 is missing, I see more damage, I don't know what due to it, the zinc touches only a small part.

Starting in 1983 copper pennies where converted to mostly zinc. What your seeing is a air bubble from what is known as zinc rot beneath the coin and damage to the coin. It has nothing to do with the 1.

When you see gray on Zinc cents, that is because the copper plating was removed on that area of the coin. So that is damage, exposing the zinc under the plating.
