Can you please tell me if you see doubling on this 1978 D Dime? I'm wondering if it's on In God We Trust. I have checked Variety Vista and Doubledie.com and could not find anything on this dime.

Looks Normal. It looks like you may have a couple of small die chips around the rim in the last S in STATES.

Thank you for your comments.

When I read "Extra thickness shows on..." on a coin description on Variety Vista, Doubleddie, or Coneca, does that mean it is "Doubled"?

Note how many DDO's are ID'd after 1973?

When you compare them with a normal coin side by side, that gives you a better view of what is normal and what would be hub doubled. Even flattening of the coin makes the devices look larger, but the hub doubling should have a spread on the center areas of the devices. Check out the last listed DDO's on the early 1970's and will help you see what the spread could look like on these.
