Toning streaks or planchet roller marks, I think.
Holder looks like the usual seen on mail-order or tv coin shows

Awesome I didn't know how to edit slowly learning the site but it's getting easier and lots of knowledgeable feedback much appreciated. So many marks look similar I've seen old posts on this site on the subject but improper mix , roller marks and damage look somewhat similar to me at this moment don't have much experience yet and it's a lot to learn. But I know it can't be mixed if it's clad so I figured damage but it's in a holder but that could be fake. Sorry I just had a few counterfeit coins mixed some recent purchases so on top there is also that. So I'm trying to stick to one set at a time but when you come across interesting coins I can't really pass them up. Thanks

I do not think these are roller marks. Roller marks are in relief and can look like scratches, usually not visible in the fields. These are just toning streaks. Similar to woody cents, the material and possible impurities in the planchet stock have caused this toning pattern.
The holder is made for novelty, no premium attached to a 2 dollar coin.

These look like 'roller lines' Notice how they are at the same angle on both sides.

I never see those slabs before. Other scams? The quarter slab use same format as PCGS. Sintered Planchet it is use only in metallurgical terms not numismatic. It is strange.

Could be staining on the stock material. Not a premium that I can see. As mentioned the lines are just rolling lines. Note sure of the grading company. The colors and company logo is not showing on the OP's images.
The older Clad by PCGS doesn't show the listing numbers for errors that are used now. (Note there is no grade for that coin) Just a notation of explanation. (Basically a body bag term, without a grade) Showing it was a real coin.
