@bill, that is an interesting one, although I'm most interested in the roughly diagonal line across George on the obverse. It looks like that line separates two areas of different heights. Is that right? Also, can you please give us the weight? Thx.

Looks like a "substance" is on the coin and some kind of a flaw if you will within that substance.

Need better images of the diagonal line that crosses the coin. It looks like glue is on the 'Liberty' side of this coin.

Yep, it appears that the Liberty side is higher that the IGWT side, so I would have to say that something is on the coin - like glue or something similar.
