I put two obverse shots with different lighting but is the same coin.
I think this coin may have a little flatness in the hair, other than that a fairly good coin, but still wondering if the forum thinks so?

I'll say MS-67RD.

spotting on obv fields. weak strike top of head (typical). some weakness in the steps (typcial). a little rev spotting. small scratch above the E in ONE and some type of metal flaw below the steps.

MS66+RD possible 67RD. I think if that obv strike was little better it would push it over the line. The 67's I found had sharp strikes on both sides, more red but also more marks in the fields than yours.

are you looking for one to slab? if so, 67RD is not going to cut it cost wise. I'm sure you are already aware of that

Very nice coin! MS67 sounds about right, I think the spotting on the reverse as well as what looks like a fingerprint on the obverse are what keep the grade from being any higher.
