Well for sure it is a slight MAD. What is the diameter?

Nice example of a (modest) obverse misaligned die.

I see a slight MAD obverse. It does not appear to be broadstruck - unless you are able to report an enlarged diameter.

I'm still new to this, so wasn't sure if it was a broad strike.

No stress @clw—we are all learning here. Since broad struck coins are made without the collar, they almost always are larger in diameter than a normal coin.

If it were a broadstrike, the coin would be enlarged all the way around, and be much larger than as normal coin of the same type. This is because the collar that is supposed to hold the coin did not deploy properly or at all and the metal can expand beyond the intended size.

Here's an example of a broadstruck cent. This coin also shows impingement at K:1 where the metal struck something else in the press as it spread outside of the diameter of the collar.
