VF-30. The coin might be VF-35. I netted it down a bit because of the dings, which in my view, detract from the quality of the coin.

IDK what they gave it, but the green gunk, pin pricks and possible corrosion around where the Chiefs ear is would be concerning. There is also green looking gunk on the neck and jaw line, too.

So concerning, that if it is straight graded now I'd be leaning towards unloading "as is" and start looking for another one.

If it's currently in a problem holder then I'd bust it out and clean the green before it gets worse.

I think it's just my camera color giving it the green spots I can't see any in hand. Here is some iPhone pictures in sunlight.

Thx for the update pics.

Based on those I'd be in the VF30 fan club now.

VF35. Buffalos are so hard to grade.

Bit of a weak strike, but typical for this date. A tough one to find well struck, but definitely not impossible. Very tough to find in high grade, Gem or higher.

I'd say VF35 sharpness, but surface preservation with the small, deep hits drops it to VF30 in my book.

XF seems a bit generous, especially with those surfaces.

Appears to be VF-35 but strike being weak could push it to 40.
