My 1984 P is similar but shows the trajectory a lot lower than your 84D. Mine is also not bubbles. It's been years since you put this here and the battle began, but I responded anyway.

Can you also post up a full coin to include the full rim as well? I see something going on with the rim at K9 (If the coin was a clock - K9 would equal 9-oclock)

The line going across the ear is a linear trail gas bubble until a TPG PCGS says differently.
