Not sure if this is the one, the bottom portion of the S is what is throwing me off thinking it just might be a inverted ball , because the top doesn't look like it. Anyway, here are 2 pictures.

It looks like a sans sarif to me.I posted a copy of an article from Coin World a while back,it should still be here somewhere.Hope I helped a little.

I'm thinking it's not ,but like I mentioned, the bottom is suspect- maybe its die wear etc that's making it look like a ball that was flattened when its really not.
