Looks OK on my large computer monitor, but I would like to examine this one in hand with a 10x loupe, (just as the TPGraders do), before committing more than $900 to the purchase.

Thanks for your kind responses. I also am eager to see what the luster looks like in hand and why the two sides look so far apart in color. The coin is in a SEGS holder marked gem. Larry Briggs, author of the widely used Liberty Seated quarter reference guide runs SEGS and he seems to be a competent grader. Love that his slabs have been tested to be airtight, chemically inert, the coin holder is separate from the label compartment and the slab IDs the coin in the top of the case - all innovations that he has patented. Shame that his TPG product didn't get more traction. These are seller's photos. Will probably do a video when the coin comes in.
I hear that Larry is in poor health and that he isn't as active as he was in the past. Hopefully he is ok.

I think the ANACS holders aren't really top label but sort of sloping top into the front which makes them sort of legible from the top. It's weird and maybe different enough to not infringe on the patent. Here are some details about what he was up to: https://www.segsgrading.com/Content/OurProduct. He also color codes his labels based on coin type.
There's also a video on YT where he discusses how he was frustrated by the TPG holdered coins rotating inside the holder. His holder and insert has a flat portion at top which prevents the coin from rotating. You would have thought that other TPGs would have solved that one sooner.
