lots of great advice here. How about starting over with your Mercury dime collection and get ALL of them this larger size, then just place them all into a quarter album. Problem solved!
Well, if you have the right connections, you could find some mad scientist in Transylvania with a shrink ray who will shrink the coin to the 17.9mm diameter needed. There's just one catch - you gotta pay him in bratwurst and cottage cheese, unless you want to be the one shrunk to 17.9mm!
