i believe the coin was circulated at some point. I'm a little concerned with the circular hairlines on the obv surfaces. not 100% sure if the coin was whizzed or lighting cleaned by some mechanical means. signs of this can be seen along the bottom of the bust

panzaldi - definitely circulated. It was a metal detecting find so I'm fairly confident it was not whizzed. Just surprised at how crisp it is for a ground find - simple soak in distilled water followed by Acetone. Then a VC sealer coat.

all those circular hairlines most likely came from abrasion in the ground. the coin must have been lost/dropped very early in its lifecycle
