"A professor at the North Carolina State University Veterinary School said the money shouldn't hurt the dog."

The money won't hurt the dog, but the owner should !

You know, if she collects and sends all the money remains she can find to the Federal Bureau of Printing and Engraving, they will replace her money.

I'm not exactly sure how they go about this but I read about the system when I was touring they facility in Fort Worth. They said the program is for things like bills damaged in fires, but one except said that a farmer had several hundred dollars in his wallet, a cow ate his wallet, and he subsequently slaughtered the cow and sent the stomach to the Bureau. They gave back his money.

My wife left $700 in hundreds laying on the coffee table one afternoon & the dogs took it out back. They shredded 2 of the bills & ate the other 5. I ended up throwing a bunch of dog "stuff" into a 5 gallon bucket & hosing it down, followed by a soak in clorox. All the bills ended up being around 90-95% coomplete, so we taped them back together & took "em to the bank.

Kelley Davis said she had an extra $400 in cash to deposit after working extra hours as a physical therapist.

I think I know the kind of physical therapist that gets paid in cash.
