Good morning sunshine.. I'm curious about the markings under Lincolns eye and the off center strike I believe. What are you thoughts? Thanks in advance. Also is this considered a BIE error

Given the images posted, I'm seeing a minor obverse misaligned die and an emergent ridge rig--indicative of a Die Deterioration issue.

Might be a MAD strike too, but need image of the reverse to tell, Also seeing a very nice Ridge Ring t the top of this coin.

And, no this in not a BIE.
